Was delighted by the service provided by Alex at MOBI. I raised a request for a "block of flats" buildings insurance quote on a Sunday afternoon and he actually phoned that evening to clarify my requirements!
Alex consequently provide a very competitive quote that was over 30% cheaper than our existing provider and was very patient and dedicated in answering a number of questions that I had about the level of cover.
I would have been happy to switch had my existing provider not lowered their quote to retain the business.
When I informed Alex that I was staying with our existing provider he was really nice about it and simply offered to try again next year which I will be more than happy to entertain.

Having been met with brick walls and upwards only renewals; how delighted I was to find Amanda and her team at Mobi insurance. Within a few hours she had managed to save hundreds of pounds on an annual renewal.
