Insurance is great all the time things don't need a claim, but it's when you need to claim that the insurance is tested.

I have 3 family iPhones insured and recently added an Apple Watch. My watch was broken by a passing cyclist riding on the pavement and I needed to claim. All you need to know is that the watch was sent for assessment and repair, and a new watch came back. The family's phones have been insured for years, but the watch was only insured for a little over a month, and this was my first ever claim.

Needless to say that the whole process, with easy correspondence, was amazing, and there is no way I'd insure my devices anywhere else. Superb service, and now the bad bit has been tested too.

Great customer service!
When renewing my policy it was a very quick and easy process and I added an extra device so they gave me a multi gadget discount as well as a loyalty discount so all in all a great experience and a fab price for all 3 phones! Thank you!

It's not often I take the time to leave a review, but I had to on this occasion. I was blown away by the service I received. I took out insurance with the company about 10 months ago. I went for higher end cover (€9 p/m) which covered accidental damage. After breaking my phone screen I contacted the company and had my call answered within seconds (was amazed by this as not what I'm used to these days). After the call I received an email straight away to submit my claim which was dealt with within 24 hours (amazing service yet again) and the claim was approved and funds in my account within 3 days! Everyone I spoke to or had email correspondence with was helpful, friendly and efficient. I honestly couldn't recommend more! A special thanks to Karl for dealing with my claim so promptly

Terrible experience, would not recommend at all!!! Daniel(Dan) gave me the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Emailing me with rhetorical questions, this is not a professional business at all. My claim was ultimately rejected due to the unprofessional and rude claim handler I was assigned.

STAY AWAY AND DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!

I probably should’ve read all the negative reviews before I took out a 2 year long policy with them. And still had to buy a new device when it was within claim conditions.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

MPID have insured my phone for the past year and I can honestly say I'm really pleased with them so far. Had my phone replaced with zero hassle and everything was sorted super speedy.
