Vivian's pleasant and straightforward approach instilled confidence from the outset. She proved to be really understanding of my situation. She was generous with her time, and in unhurried sessions explained everything in simple terms.

Add to that the agreable siting of their offices including no parking worries, I can definitely award 'full marks' to this company.

I did not find the service useful at all. It was supposed to be a 30 minute consultation. The person I met, asked very few questions about my personal finance including pensions and savings - did not give any advice that wasn't already on the internet and left basically after 10 minutes. They didn't even provide information on how I could access their service or the cost of their service. I wouldn't recommend to anyone.
