Believe the low reviews these are from REAL people. The company pass you around like a used mattress. I kept saying I was not looking for debt management however they would not tell me what the could offer kept repeating themselves and demand an hour of my time. I kept saying I’m not paying them a FEE to manage my debt they would not simply be honest I ended to call only find these reviews. It’s outrageous and the lady I spoke to was rude speaking to me like I’m a child. Avoid this fee paying company check out step change or cap they are FREE to assist you!

so embarrassing, feel like suing these people for harassment at this point! They report my review on trust pilot 7 times a day!

Money advisor tried to remove my review from trust pilot (unsuccessfully) but can’t acknowledge my complaint or deal with my SAR request it’s laughable! To this date money advisor are doing everything in their power to try and remove my reviews! But not doing anything about their breach of GPDR and code of practice!

GO TO CITIZENS ADVICE ! They are a free debt counsellor who are not looking to take advantage of you. I wish I knew this when I was young and vulnerable.

Money Advisor Ltd were not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority in Nov 2019 and they had the AUDACITY to provide me with debt advice even tho they are not eligible! They demanded that I cancel all direct debits to my creditors with immediate effect. I have tried to make a complaint about this by using THEIR CONTACT DETAILS OUTLINED ON THEIR WEBSITE and this is the reply i get, they are just simply washing their hands of any form of responsibility, absolutely disgusting! I have tried contacting the number in the email (which is the same company) and they have refused to deal with my complaint and SAR request so I have had to report them to the ICO! Honestly DO NOT USE!!!!!!

Absolute waste of time. Been on phone for over 4 hours. Transfer to 4 different people. Still no closer to getting any help than I was before I started. Completely wasted my time.
