We contacted Mark on recommendation from a colleague at work and he's been excellent in helping us renew mortgages (twice), arrange life insurance as well as the best option for a big loan from the bank. All details were very well explained (for novices like us) and subsequently we felt confident in the decisions we were making. Mark's professional conduct is excellent and he visited us in person (which was a long drive in the middle of Winter) to explain everything more fully and meet us personally which was much appreciated. Mark Mackin secured the best mortgage available for my son, over 5 years ago. The fixed term period was coming to an end, and my son was in hospital having surgery. He asked me to help him find a replacement mortgage.
I contacted Mark, who remembered us from 5 years ago, checked, gave advice and suggestions which were great, I asked him to go ahead which he did. We were both kept informed and the transfer is taking place in September.

Absolutely amazing service! I couldn’t ask for a better mortgage advisor if I tried! Myself and my partner were both first time buyers and had no idea where to start with applying for a mortgage! We reached out to Mark who was more than happy to help in anyway he could. The information he needed from us was clear and if we didn’t understand he was always happy to explain via telephone or in more simple terms. He helped us apply for DIP, Help to buy, equity loan, mortgage, life insurance and referred for a B&C cover! We applied for our mortgage in March 21 and was moved in to our first new home but June21! It always helps when your mortgage advisor is like a fried as well as working with you. No question was too big or too small for Mark!
