Moore security came highly recommended on my estates FB group, so i decided to get in touch as I was after a reliable and reputable cctv installer.
James promptly came out to visit my property and explained all the options as well as his recommendations in the right amount of detail.
He was extremely professional, polite and came across very friendly. The price he quoted was very competitive and I decided to go for a four camera cctv install as well as an alarm upgrade (my previous alarm was installed by a questionable organisation where quality was non existent).
James went the extra mile and fitted my wireless doorbell and also removed my unused satellite dish.
The workmanship of the camera system install was flawless and not a single cable is visible inside or outside the property!!
Post the install James walked me through step by step how to use and acess the cctv and alarm system.

We have had an issue with our current alarm system, i had rang several companies but either they were busy or they didn’t pick up. Moore Security Ltd answered straight away and listened to what happened. A lovely gentleman by the name James who originally fitted in the current alarm system back in the day, came out to me the next day to service my old alarm as it’s been gathering dust since 2008. Instead of changing the whole system with a brand new one, he simply suggested to upgrad my old system with additional remote controls. Very simple to use and it has given me and my family that peace of mind. James was very professional and explained how to use the new controls very articulately.

Rang James to move a bell box on an existing system. From the call James seemed very knowledgeable about what I was asking for and came out to look at the job. On arrival there was no hesitation to get the job done and even though it was a little trickier getting the wire to the correct place, James didn't even ask for any more money than quoted. James was professional, very knowledgeable and honest about his work. On completion the work was tidied and no mess was made. I would definitely use Moore Security solutions again. Very impressed.
