Nicola helped us rewrite our wills. Her professionalism and dedication are second to none. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt reassured with all our decisions. She also helped my parents with their wills and LPAs too and was very patient with them, explaining everything in layman’s terms.

Navigating the labyrinth of Wills and Power of Attorney is never easy, and it becomes particularly poignant when you or your partner has just been diagnosed with a terminal illness. But with her open and honest approach Nicola Combe (FSWW, MBA) from Morecambe Bay Wills and Estates Limited made it a little less daunting and an everyday conversation we should all be having with our loved ones. Nicola gave up her time to present to not just one, but two Support Group Leaders meetings yesterday for Action for Pulmonary Fibrosis. For this we are truly grateful. Just Brilliant!
Nicola's service and knowledge is just outstanding, and you can see why MBW have won so many awards.
There was never any question as to who would construct our Wills which we needed to make after our wedding. The Zoom call we had with Nicola opened my eyes to many events that I would not have thought of, that she ensured were covered in our Wills. Everything was explained clearly and fully, and we understood all that was explained to us. Our Wills were set up quickly without any issue which unfortunately is very rare these days. I have recommended Nicola and MBW many many times and the feedback is always excellent. This time I had the MBW experience, and I can honestly say the service is beyond excellent.

I was so grateful for the free phone consultation Nicola gave me recently on my complicated struggles with trying to sort out Lasting Power of Attorney or Power of Deputy for my mother who has dementia but still some capacity and is in a care home. She was so helpful , gave me really useful advice. If everyone else agrees in the family and it's possible, I'll be coming back to Nicola to help us set up the Lasting Power of Attorney as I feel I can trust her and she will be offering the kind of support that you need in difficult situations like mine. I came to Morecambe Bay Wills for my Will and Lasting Power of Attorney for Finance and Health. Right from the outset, everything was laid out clearly and simply for me, including the pricing structure. This was really useful, as there is a lot of sensitivity and emotion to deal with, and it was reassuring to trust that the practical side of it was being completely covered by MBA. I was able to relax into the process, and no question that I asked was ever too much trouble to answer or explain, until I was totally satisfied. It’s amazing how many holes there seem to be that you could fall down in creating these documents, but I felt fully confident that Andrea and the MBA team were so knowledgeable, and so conscientious that I would not fall foul. It feels very much like you’re in a partnership with MBA, where they are truly invested in you and looking out for your interests, rather than treating you as just another client. And the final element of the feelgood factor is that part of your fees are given to charity.
