Moved into our house 3 years ago. The poor elderly lady lived here before had a wet room put in 2015. And then in 2016 had a leak coming through her kitchen ceiling! They have put white tape over that wet patch done nothing else. When I complained about it after moving in they was trying to tell me my kids was putting water on the wall tiles that was lose and that was why it was coming through my ceiling dripping on the kitchen side. But if it was from the tiles it would be near the wall not In the middle of the floor that was my argument to them . Last year still have had no work done to the wet room I had a bowl size hole in my ceiling could see straight up to the shower drain !! Still wanted me to have the 2 tiles done that would fix it apparently, then the thought I had asbestos in the kitchen ceiling left me for another 8 weeks like this. Then said they had made a mistake it wasn't asbestos so this august they told that part of my kitchen ceiling down to investigate found that the shower tray was tilted and the waste pump was squished in so tight and the drain was leaking all around and my wooden beams have rotted so much in that place they said I would need that to be done and a new shower tray and then new flooring they V/O it 3 men was there at that time a supervisor plumber and someone else all said this. To this date they have not been in contact I have called every week for news no manage calls me back it had to be sent to council as was above the amount they was allowed to spend then had another company come to price up not heard anything back and last week the council have only signed off the flooring. Still am waiting for a manager to call me back on that !!!! Today another phone call still no one to talk to about this matter all in the mean time I have half my ceiling down , my kitchen side is getting wet constantly shower is still leaking on every use with a family of 6 just costing you more money to get it fixed
Oh yeah my shower holder broke in may held up my hair band they said they wouldn't fix it till they do the work on the bath room!! 🤦‍♀️

Have been left like this for over 6 months due to the waste pipe not being glued properly in the bathroom that was fitted before moving in. Appointments continuously getting cancelled and if not cancelled then when they do attend they are unable to do anything as it’s not there line of work so needs to be carried out by somebody else. Originally was meant to be fixed in November and never happened!! Now wanting me to wait until June!

An absolute nightmare of a company.
Last month, I should have had an repair completed but morgan sindall turned up without my knowledge when I was at work. They left a note with a whole month wait,to today.
Been at home all day and nobody turned up to complete the repair.

Wait an hour for answer in the call queue and was told that the morgan sindall person did knock (total lie!!) and I will have to wait another month for a new appointment.

Need to hurry up and loose there contract with basildon council. Seems you just get given keys to a van and sent out to do any job required, even if your not qualified. Every job is bodged. Seems they have to send someone 5 times to do a report before completing a job. No glue used on waste pipe fittings when installing Bath tub. This resulted in a leak and ceiling coming through. 2 engineers come. 1 to repair the pipe, the other to survey ceiling damage.
1 day later, pipe leaked again, causing more damage. A 3rd visit, pipe finally repaired. Ceiling repair has now been delayed for the 3rd time, and even then its just a survey to see what needs doing. Iv been in the building trade for over 20 years and never see such a backwards way of doing things.

Shockingly incompetent and rude to boot!

They need multiple visits to fix single issues if you keep chasing them for days.

My flat has been flooded multiple times due to their lack commitment to fix a simple piping issue over multiple years and still having the same issue.

So far it has cost thousands through insurance to rectify the leak damages and I don't know what to do anymore.

Have so many bad experiences with this shambles of a company.
Had a leak coming through my ceiling through lights and just soaking all the floorboards can't come out for a month!!!
Ment to have an appointment today for a light hanging off the wall booked day off work it's now 16.17 and no-one has turnt up can't get through on the phone to see if someone is still coming as it cuts you off after 45 minutes on hold!!
