What can we say! Adam was fantastic from start to finish. Helpful, polite, funny & most of all never at any point made us feel stupid as first time buyers. A perfect 5 star service from Adam Smith and Jenny Buchan. Adam quickly provided me with a Mortgage Passport to show estate agents when looking for a property. When it came time to submit a mortgage application I received better than I expected and received it within days. Adam's experience and knowledge coupled with Jenny's organisational skills made the whole process stress free, value for money and fast. The secure portal we used gave me peace of mind that my confidential financial documents could be uploaded securely and be protected. The ability to organize appointments through the portal was a real time saver and so easy. I got a great result from engaging with Adam and will recommend Adam's services to friends and family.

I would highly recommend using the mortgage advice bureau, especially if you’re a first time buyer.

Jenny and Adam dealt with our case. They were able to obtain us a cheaper mortgage than we initially had in place and gave us the best proposals on the market.

Trying to get a mortgage can be a scary predicament, especially as a first time buyer, but Jenny and Adam were able to subside the stress
of this by giving us all the support available.
