I have recently completed my re-morgage with the Mortgage HQ and I can honestly say this was easily the best service I have recieved. Sam and the team were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Everything was explained clearly and costs & fees made clear and easy to understand. Sam then found us what seemed like the best deal available but due to the diligence of his team, a few days later a new product became available that was an even better rate. Sam informed us of this and put us onto an ever better rate than we expected!

Zero issues, a smooth process throughout and constant updates from the team made this the best and most stress free service I have received.

Sam was fantastic throughout, he was always available any time to answer our questions. Being first time buyers it was all new for us but Sam made it all simple to understand and had a lot of patience. Our overall process wasn’t straightforward having to change lenders on a couple of occasions but again, Sam made it much easier for us by outlining all of our options and providing us with the best advice possible. In the end we got a rate we’re really happy with and will definitely be using Mortgage HQ again! Also big shout out to Rachael who was a massive help as well!
