Dev has been excellent. He was immediately responsive when we first got in touch with him and put us at ease with his knowledge and demeanour. We had a slightly complicated situation but he made it look straightforward. Within days he provided mortgage options and set out different scenarios for us to consider. We were able to query things with him via WhatsApp or email and he was again efficient in his responses. The first purchase fell through due to the vendor withdrawing his house from the market and when we found another, Dev picked it up with the usual friendliness and responsiveness we appreciated.
