Me and my partner are first time buyers and I couldn’t recommend Mike more! He is amazing at what he does and was always there when needed to make us feel comfortable and at ease through the whole process. Please take a little time to read Whiteworths review's they speak for themselves at first I was skeptical, but Mike and his team are the real deal. By chance Mike picked up our mortgage comparison quote off a Google search, he was completely transparent, explaining there will be no charges unless there are some adverse circumstances - and true to his word despite it not being straightforward there has been no charges. We had already had a mortgage offer in principle with another mortgage broker whose prices were truly astronomical (£1450+) in addition, the mortgage broker went for the easiest lender whose interest rates were also sky-high! We initially attempted to go through my bank because it would be "easy" etc etc. Long story short the bank messed up our application resulting in the underwriters declining the application, Mike was my immediate go to; I explained the situation and he got straight to work (this all being whilst we were on holiday). Upon our return Mike had crossed all the T's and dotted all the I's getting us a great offer and more importantly getting us an official offer. The hard work starts with the solicitors now but Mike went above and beyond to help out a pretty complex case! He is so knowledgeable on the procedure of mortgages, we will never use anyone in the future and I'd advise anyone not to waste their time looking to use any other mortgage broker, I genuinely believe Mike cares and wants to help everyone of his clients. Top bloke, and when we finally get our new keys a massive proportion of that happening will be down to Whiteworths, .

Mike has been top notch through the whole processes of buying our first house. From start to finish he's been amazing. If we've had a question he's responded right away, every day of the week.
He's given us good advice all the way through and helped us get the best deal we can.
The thing I've loved most about Mike is his honesty and straightforwardness. He hasn't spoken to us like just another client, but as if we're all friends. We've felt cared for the whole way through. It's been a real pleasure having him by our side through the process and he's certainly made it a lot less stressful for us.
