As first time buyers in this economy, we looked around to get a mortgage, spoke to multiple mortgage brokers, and applied to one, which was rejected due to vague reason. We almost gave up, because non of the mortgage brokers seemed to care, and they only reply once a week, until a friend referred us to speak with Ian, and oh my god the difference in service is like day and night. Ian listened to our case, asked questions we were not asked before, understood our needs, what we are looking for, and the tight deadline we had from the builders. Then within couple of hours we got a decision in principle. We were scared, but Ian gave us reassurance and was very patient with us hammering him with questions. During the process we hit a block, and he explained everything, and gave us a solution to work on. Within 2 weeks we got the offer! I cried when Ian called to tell me the news! All other advisors said you won’t be able to get the LTV we wanted, but Ian got it for us, helped us to get our first home (which is also our dream home), and get on the property ladder.

When we needed building insurance for the mortgage, Tom contacted us, we didn’t even think of looking around like we did with mortgage brokers, we felt that we will be taken care of, and we did go with the quote he provided for buildings and contents insurance. Tom was very communicative and caring too.

By far, within the whole experience of buying a house with all the stress and anxiety with solicitors, the builders, the surveying, everything, choosing Enable services was the best decision we made. I will be choosing them again when we remortgage and when the insurance is due for renewal next year. True consultants and advisors who care. Keep it up guys!
