I have used Sue Beeston's services back in 2011 and 2014 and she has delivered a good services. However I have made 2 remortgage applications with her recently and both came to declined and she still charged me (250£) plus 300£ bank valuation fees .
We have small HMO, 4 bed house with 4 individual tenancy agreements. Sue failed to check the lending criteria about lockers on the bedrooms. She also suggested very expensive alternative which was not suitable and when we turn down her suggestions she said she does not know of another lender. I got a different mortgage adviser who got me the 2 mortgage application successful in 8 days I have received a mortgage offers on both. The lender accept 4 individual tenancy agreements, lockers on the bedroom and 2.5% interest rates without fees. Absolutely amazing!!!! My husband and I have excellent credit rating and we should be easy customers. I am mainly disappointed that Sue Beeston still charged me for the applications despise its failure.
