Had to put my Volvo in last minute for a service and MOT these guys managed to fit me last minute ,MOT failed lads explained why and did the work for me there and then . All work that the guys had done to get the car through MOT explained when I picked up the car ,very professional team have to say I was a bit worried leaving my car in after the reviews but the service I was given was 2nd to none

Went in for a MOT, nothing wrong with the car.

- They wanted £80 to clean dust off my headlights, because they were slightly dirty or it would be a fail.
- They wanted £56 to investigate my cracked wing mirror indicator to see if its working.. an answer they should've known from the MOT I paid for.. either the indicator works or doesnt..
or it would be a fail.
- They wanted £208 to replace my wing mirror indicator bulb that wasn't broken when I gave it to them, or it would be a fail MOT.
- They wanted £52 to align my headlights which were fine or it would be a fail mot.
- They wanted £57 to replace my front and back windscreen wipers, which were fine.
- They wanted £138 for a antiroll stabiliser link.
And guess what, car was fine before they got hold of it, now, magically my stabilisers feel off.

So in short, they're criminal.
Do yourself a favour & avoid.

Unfortunately big dissapointment. Left my vehicle for minimally intrusive works and was returned with additional faults!
Rear break pads were replaced, but break pads light was still on when the vehicle was handed back….!!!
Rear caliper was replaced, but my old parking break motor was used…..so where is the the new one I paid for or money off?
Worst of all they managed to put my gearbox in limp mode…. and trying to tell me that there must have been an issue already…..!
Horrible service.
Pitty there are no negative star reviews.
Will investigate and bill and further action to follow!

It was my first visit, and I walked in to book my MOT luckily I was allotted a slot. Everything was completed within an hour at a good service charge. The customer service was excellent, and I felt a strong sense of trust and reliability throughout.

Had my car booked in for an MOT here, I booked using a third party.

Had no issues with the booking and the payment was taken.

The garage itself was brilliant I had a couple of questions before the MOT I called and spoke to a female employee who was very helpful and polite, on the day I dropped off my car the female employee was again polite. Having been to Sainsbury's to have a coffee and a tea me and my partner were having a little walk when my phone rang to let me know the MOT was done and we could pick the car up, the car was booked in for a 9am appointment and we got the call at 9:38 which was great.

Would highly recommend and will be taking our car there again.

Overall good, sorted out my service for a fair price and did a quick turn around.

Unfortunately they forgot to screw the under panel of the car back on properly and it came off whilst I was driving. Luckily there was no major damage but it did cause me a lot of inconvenience - please be careful next time guys!

Edit responding to comment below: I have reviewed the correct establishment. I am based in Aylesbury and travelled up to Leeds the same day that the service was done. Hope that clarifies.

Very worst experience, I have my car for a service and they made my car even worse. The quotation they give depend on each employees. Every one give different quote same issue. If you love your car please stay away from moto logic.

Excellent service. Very competitive rates. I went in to ask about my tyres, knowing the brakes needed attention and they spotted the brake pads were worn when they were checking my tyres. Fitted me in the next morning, kept me informed, friendly staff and overall they did what they said they would. Wholeheartedly recommend and will use again and tell others. Thank you.
