READ BEFORE YOU PURCHASE!!!
I have had a policy with motortrade plus. they’ve asked for documents which I had sent over the documents. I had rang them to check if they had received which they said they had and is all good.. later that week on the 1st April 2019 they had cancelled my policy without me even knowing!! I had only known when I had checked online to see if I was insured. I then rang them to see what has happened I spoke to ( AJ AND A LADY NAMED ANNA) AJ and ANNA had told me the documents I had sent to the motortrade plus one of there workers had left the job and couldn’t get hold of my files!! and was very rude on the phone!! They said they was going to call back but never did!! ANNA was very rude on the phone she replied to me when I asked about my insurance ( don’t keep fuc*ing calling we don’t care about your insurance we’ve cancelled it and hung up) they were both extremely rude and unprofessional!!
The insurance brokers are (TRADEWISE) google them before you Evan purchase a policy they don’t Evan have 1 star that speaks for itself. I’ve had been stopped by the police and my car had been impounded and I’m awaiting court hearing. Do your research before taking a policy!
