I couldn’t recommend Move Residential enough. They made the whole selling and buying process so smooth and actually enjoyable. Of course there are stressful moments when selling and buying your next home, but all the staff especially Antony who was looking after my sale and purchase made the whole process as stress free as possible!

I found that they always got back to me as soon as possible to any enquiry and they would check up bi-weekly to make sure we are doing ok, which I greatly appreciated.

Can’t thank Antony & Hannah from Move Residential and the rest of the team enough, if you were considering using Move Residential I hope this review gives you enough reason to do so.

Just bought our first home through Move Residential and can’t fault the service whatsoever. Liam and Jenni were both excellent - they are trustworthy, responsive, hard-working and great communicators. Documents were processed efficiently and we were kept updated throughout the process. Was really happy with Lucy Pointing as our sales progression team. She always replied to emails very promptly, she called me back everytime I rang if wasn't immediately available and she seemed like a hard working and a nice person to deal with, first time I have had such a positive experience when selling/buying a house.

When trying to contact the advisor assigned to your Property Sale they are either in a meeting, "on the other line" or annual leave. You can never get hold of them therefore not worth the money that they charge you. Would definitely not recommend this Estate Agent so don't waste your money and seek a reputable Estate Agent to Sell your Property.

The Move Residential team has been very friendly, helpful, and basically never pressured us into signing a contract to sell our house until we were ready. When my husband and I did finally decide to try and sell our house on the open market we had Kurt come around and give us an evaluation and the journey began. From start to finish they have done everything within there power to get our house chain complete, we used there financial division to decide our mortgage and after that everything went very well. They made it very easy for us to apply for and gain a mortgage, to sell our house and to also buy the house we spent so long looking for. Overall if I had to sell our house again or even buy a house I would use move with no questions ask. 🙂 Thank you to the move team for all the hard work you have done. Thank you Kurt for all the advice you offered while I was still living in the US. Customer service is something you can expect from the move staff and assistants. Its A++ service all the way 🙂

SHOCKING applied for rented property we told them the truth we both had bad credit spoke to landlord and they was fine, so we paid £450 for me/partner and a guarantor (most expensive fees compaired to other companies) we paid it because we liked the property so we sent our applications off, then agent calls saying because we both had bad credit (1 ccj each) landlord dosent want to accept us as they thought was just 1 of us, even though this was discused and agreed by landlord anddddd even told 2 agents over phone and about our credit which are meant to be recored! Were now £450 down all within 24hrs
We will be taking this further!!!

Very poor communication and customer service! Constantly having to chase and I was past around several members of staff. Told on several occasions emails would be sent, or I would be called back with a response, which never happened. Regrettably this was a real waste of time, as some of the properties they listed looked to have some real potential.
