I booked a group kayaking tour from Abereiddy for 10 of us with Muuk and feel pretty smug! Straight away our guides Eliot & Izzie were super friendly and informative, we weren't 100% sure what we'd signed up to but previous kayaking trips I've done weren't nearly as varied as this.

Not to give too much away but there were so many things to enjoy on this trip and we were all really impressed and felt this activity was great value for money.

Shout out again to our guides that day who are so knowledgeable and great fun. They also offered advice and ideas on what to visit in the area so that was a lovely bonus!

We would highly recommend coasteering at the Blue Lagoon in Abereiddy with MUUK Adventures. Our guides Evie and Jeff took our group on a "more extreme" trip, it was fantastic fun. They were both extremely knowledgeable and put us at ease, even on the big jumps. Thank you both so much!

We had a fantastic morning! Our instructor was very friendly and approachable. He explained the structure of the session clearly and gave us the information we needed to feel confident when we set off in our kayaks. He took us on a beautiful routes and we explored caves & coves as well as the Blue Lagoon where we had fun jumping into the water. He was helpful, chatty & knowledgable. Thank you!

Had a great coasteering morning with my son and I, plus another family. The weather was too rough for St Davids, so we changed locations to the blue lagoon. The team were really helpful getting us to the new location. Once on the activity, the guide was knowledgeable and made it both fun and safe. Would highly recommend!

We did the 3 hour kayaking trip - we’ve done it before a year ago. It is excellent! We are 68 and 70 years old, and have almost zero experience of kayaking (3 hours a year!) so bear that in mind when reading our review. The trip starts with an exploration along the cliffs to the left of the bay. Seal pups a highlight in September. Plenty of exciting waves and swell. Then it is paddle across the bay to the large sea cave. A quick paddle around to the lagoon - it was high tide so we could get in. And then back to the beach - where we were both dumped into the water by the breaking surf! The equipment and organisation of the trip was first class. The best part being our guide - Harvey. He was both personable and professional - the perfect combination. To anyone who wants a tiny bit of adventure and excitement I can recommend this trip whole heartedly.

It’ll be good exercise, they said.
There’s stuff to learn about the area and fun to be had, they said.
And, you know what, it was all those things and SO much more!
Do it, even if you’re feeling a little bit nervous. The guides are lovely and so professional, they make you feel safe and let you take things at your own pace but also support you in doing things you didn’t think you’d ever do.
It was the highlight of our holiday.

I have done two events run by Fintan at Mu-Uk adventures and they have both been excellent. The Green Monster swim and Ras Dewi Sant were both tough but memorable. Thank you for all the effort that went into these events 👍
