I will always be grateful to Rebekah for treating me like a human being rather than simply looking at my income. Even though I have rented for most of my adult life and have always had excellent references, I was struggling to find somewhere to live because other agents were only interested in how much I earned.

Because I had been unable to work for some time due to health problems, I was being prejudged by various agents because I was not earning enough - even though I had plenty of savings to be able to afford the rent. Some agents rejected my applications while others wouldn't even allow me to view their properties.

There was no such prejudice from Rebekah who took the time to get to know what my needs were and to suggest some suitable properties they had coming up.

It is obvious that Rebekah takes care to get to know her clients and the properties she manages. It made a refreshing change to deal with an agent who actually knew the answers to my questions about each property I viewed.

Having now moved into my new home, I am glad to say Rebekah dealt with my application thoroughly and her attention to detail is excellent.
