I have been a patient of this practice since it was in Torquay and initially Marcin Kubiak saved my 'dentist life' after very bad experiences in Spain.Ever since then the standard of care and treatment has been of the highest level, recently with Greg has been the same. My only criticism has to be that no NHS treatment is offered meaning as an OAP I cannot afford to finish the treatment plan that was originally devised!

I had an excellent hygienist appointment in June with Peter who gave me a top notch clean. I also appreciated the fact that Peter and his dental nurse, Michaela didn't chat amongst themselves..A very relaxing and professional appointment. Reception staff were helpful and friendly too

Had an appointment booked for over 1 year (as they don't do 6month appointments anymore). A month before the appointment they send a letter saying that either you go private or the appointment will be cancelled. Then the day before the appointment you recieve a reminder text, followed 1 hour later by cancellation text. Contacted the place and they informed me that the dentist has decided to change his hours today, but don't worry, they could rebook it. Biggest load of crap I've ever heard! Steer clear!

Today I was referred as an emergency to the my dentist surgery in Saint Mary Church, as unfortunately I do not have a NHS dentist. What a wonderful experience it was despite my pain. From receptionist, dental nurse to the wonderful dentist who saw me today, as a profoundly deaf woman, I commend you all on your communication skills, you all made me feel safe and valued.
The dentist was polite, utterly professional and more importantly, gentle, as I was in pain.
I thank him and have deep gratitude for him helping to relieve my pain and to take his time to ensure I was ok despite my not being one of his patients.
A very impressive practice! Oh how I wish I could continue to have my NHS dental care with you all.

I have been waiting nearly 4 years for a dentist in Plymouth, I received a letter and was taken on as a new patient. Today I received my first appointment with Monika, and I was very happy to have a full checkup , X-ray and scale/ polish. The people and service were great, and I feel so much better now. Thank you

Terrible service and bedside manner. I made a complaint and gave feedback about the hygienist Laura Bryson, and her assistant Sarah and their poor attitude.

I was then told by the Practice Manager that they were just doing their job. So I was disappointed, and then left wanting because my complaint wasn’t taken seriously.

It’s nothing personal but I’m doing this in the hope of getting better customer care.

As an incredibly nervous dental patience I was surprised at how wonderful my visit to My Dentist was! All the staff are kind and understanding and I was treated very compassionately. The dental treatment I have received is of excellent quality and I would highly recommend My Dentist.

I am quite new here and I really like my new dentist Oomi . The aesthetics lady Alex is very thorough and I have trust in .
I like this branch slot more than the Union street one and don't come upon much hostility here .
I would recommend this branch & the N.Abbott branch with pleasure.
My son comes here too & I noticed his reception was a lil warmer but hey ho there's time yet to get settled in .
My son adores Oomi he recommended her & I've never had a dentist that I wished was my family .she is lovely & very friendly and professional.
