Travelling back from Wales to Bournemouth when we had a major issue with the front brake ceasing. Our insurance company instructed ND services to assist. We were a little stressed and worried about getting home. Until the Technician Tom arrived to support us. With minimal fuss he had us warm and comfortable in the truck while he loaded the Motorhome. He dropped the Motorhome to the repairers and got us safely to our front door with our essential luggage. Tom what an asset you are to the company. Thank you so much to you and ND services.

I recently had the need to use their services and was massively impressed! The AA gave me an expectation of 1.5 hours; however, 40 minutes of placing the call Lewis Marsh from ND was alongside, in control and had me on his flatbed within minutes! And he promptly delivered me to local tyre dealer, and arranged for the tyre as we approached! Result: I was back on the road in under an hour from his arrival! If I break down anywhere near the catchment of ND I now know it will

Wow! That's all I can say! What a lovely company. Joe was such a kind, friendly soul who was there to help me out in my time of need. With my young self being so overwhelmed with the events taking place, Joe's consistent smile and reassurance really helped to make the whole experience less horrible.

ND services it truly such a lovely company that has absolutely outstanding customer service compared to that of other breakdown recovery companies who treat their customers as just another number. Absolutely amazing, Cannot fault them at all. Was travelling in the area and had a torn cv boot and bad axel. I rang them and they fitted me in almost instantly! Staff extremely helpful especially the guy that helped us get the part in at such short notice (didn't get his name but Absolute amazing guy!). Thank you guys so much! If we didn't live so far away we would have been a regular.

Our campervan broke down on the A34 travelling to Andover from Chesterfield. We managed to limp to a layby and rang recovery service, Archie eventually got to us on a very busy Sunday afternoon to diagnose the problem and organised the recovery truck, who took us all the way to our address in Andover. Forgive me for not remembering the drivers name ( Scarlets dad) . Thank you both for the excellent friendly service that was second to non. Anthony and Margaret .

Just seen one of your flat beds on the M4 Westbound just passing the Newbury junction swerving all over the place! Started veering off to the slip road (no indicator) then swerved back into lane 1 of the motorway!

Imagine driving such vehicle, and such size vehicle without any due care or attention.
