After the original experience with another call taker. I have to give credit where credit is due, Laura called back and actually put in the work to make sure we made progress. Very understanding and aware of the circumstances and situations being complicated to say the least. Unfortunately the solicitors cannot take it further right now but this is due to unforeseen circumstances that can be rectified shortly.

Do not waste your time. If like me you had an accident that has left you injured both mentally and physically you will be just causing yourself more stress, time and energy dealing with these people.

It's been 4 months dealing with them after my fall. After being repeatedly told to contact me on my number (rather than my husbands) they still were calling him.

Twice we were asked to send photo/video evidence of where I tripped and every time they seem not to be able to see it.

After months of being told I have a claim, but there are no solicitors available to speak with me. I chased up and Finally (during a 45 minute call, where most of the time I was on hold. At my expense!) I was given a time that a solicitor would call me.

I took time off work for the call, which never came.

I had to chase up and was told that I should have measured the pavement where I fell as it doesn't look like it qualifies as a claim. And that the solicitors were not available (even though I'd been given an appointment)

Please do not waste your time with this company.

The reality is that you DIDNT ensure I had the right evidence ahead of speaking to a solicitor. I was NEVER told what I needed and then when I was I was told I didn't have a case. So no you didn't support me with this.

The solicitor DIDN'T rearrange the appointment. I was told I had an appointment and no one ever called. When I followed up I was told I didn't have an appointment as the solicitors were not available and that I didn't have a case anyway. So it was nothing to do with "rescheduling"

Also please stop calling me. You have told me I don't have a case, so why are you continuing to call me?
