If you experience a loss from fire, please hire them ASAP. They fought for us and what we were entitled to every step of the way through the process. They helped us sort it all out and end up with a new home in the end which we will be moving to in the very near future. 3 years ago yesterday we came home from vacation to our house on fire. Thankfully, our daughter got out safely. The rest was a total loss to fire, smoke, and water damage. In the first day or so, Mark called us and explained what his role would be should we decide to hire him. After discussing the situation with a family member in another state that does essentially the same work except his expertise is in another type of loss, he highly recommended that we hire someone to help us navigate the claim. I had to share my experience with this company even though its been many years ago. This company is shady and conspired with my building contactor to frequently sign my name on the building portion of my fire claim and builder ran off with all my money. I later ended up having to sue them and the builder Leonard Construction. The law suit did not make me whole I ended up with settling for almost half for of what they stole.
