Not happy at all, not with Nstional Friendly but the sales people been so persistent when you are not 100% that you want it. It was all so confusing

I called and asked they will contact me by email as I work 12 hr 6x a week instead no message no update was made and they never send me any confirmation email bout my current deal. Instead they tried to called me even when I was explicitly telling them i can not take phone calls when I work! Noone really try to talk to me which is very upsetting because i need to do some changes and updates. Would not recommed even becuse their calculation for my income protection was covering just part of my emplyment completely excluded my self employment but for me its 50/50 work for myself and work for employer and if something happens i am screwed :/

Been with this company for a year with my policy, under income protection, can’t even take out a claim absolute joke! Wouldn’t recommend!

I was on hold for half an hour so ended the call they took my sort code and account number so contacted my bank and now I got new card ?

Total con job, they made sure they set up a direct debit with my bank, weeks before I even got the paper work, needless to say, direct debit cancelled
