Loved my experience at the national MOT centre. The waiting room has top gear on the TV free coffee and even a CCTV camera in the garage so you can watch in terror as your beloved car is examined ? highly recommend

Went in for my first MOT at this… I’m genuinely impressed by the service. Friendly, professional and prompt. They’ve even given the car a wash and clean! First impressions are lasting, and I’ll be back, tomorrow in fact! For an oil change on my other vehicle. Top job lads.

Recently had a breakdown in Skegness and National MOT Centre were exceptional.

We had James Beckett at the roadside who diagnosed the issue and made us all feel reassured. His knowledge was spot on.

We had Damon for the recovery home and honestly, what an asset to the company. He made us all feel safe and reassured from the moment we loaded to the moment we arrived home.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone

Our car had a blowout as we were returning after a short break, and within an hour Curtis came to our rescue. He transported myself, my husband and our little dog to their test centre so we could arrange for our car to be collected from there. He kept in touch by phone and put us at ease as soon as he arrived. He was professional and compassionate and we arrived safely. He even followed up with a call back a week later to check we had got our car sorted. Thank you Curtis, a credit to the National MOT centre Skegness.

Second year taking my car for the MOT here.
All very friendly people who are happy to listen as well as explain things.
Made to feel very comfortable and relaxed.
Couldn't do enough for me and got my car sorted after listening to what I said.
Not always the done thing when you're a woman in a garage

Booked my Jaguar E-Pace in for a MOT and was greeted by one of the staff who was very polite and courteous. He then showed me to the waiting room where they have a free coffee machine which you can help yourself to. While you are waiting for your car to be inspected you can watch the inspector checking your vehicle on a TV screen in the waiting room. They also wash your car after the MOT inspection. I couldn't ask to be treated any better by all the staff. I will be recommending National MOT centre to all my friends and family A big thumbs up to this company ?

My car had issues whilst here on holiday and I was panicking about how I was going to get home. We rang round a few garages but so so grateful we decided to go with this garage!! I am so grateful and overwhelmed with how lovely the staff were and how quick they had my car diagnosed and fixed ( less than 24hours ). They didn’t charge me ridiculous amounts either , they are all so friendly and even blasted my car with a clean on the outside before I picked it up. Thank you for saving us and our holiday!! Forever grateful.

Curtis was brilliant and took me all the way to my destination he was also very chatty, and so friendly and helpful, he is a brilliant driver.

I was told by RAC that I would have to wait for another driver, halfway to my destination but Curtis took me all the way home.

I would definitely recommend them if you ever need help when you’ve broken down.
