Arnold is an extremely amazing person! On a scale from 1 to 10 he’s 11! Arnold is smart and excellent at what he does as a home insurance adjuster. The insurance company (State Farm) was never going to pay me & they were playing games and rejecting my claims so Arnold took over & our he was our lifesaver! Arnold and National Public Adjustment LLC saved the day! SMART, EXPERIENCED, STATE CERTIFIED, TRUSTWORTHY AND FRIENDLY. As a homeowner experiencing my 1st home loss in 40 years I expected the insurance company would have my back. Not true, the insurance company struggled every step of the way as they were short staffed and overworked. Arnold stepped in and took over the process. He created my estimate using his own insurance industry estimating system, submitted our claim, negotiated payment and even found several top notch contractors to get the job done better than new! I would never deal with another insurance company without him. I feel so lucky to have found him because I had no relevant experience and quickly lost trust in my insurance company. Very professional, we dont have to worry for anything, gets the job done quickly. I would recommend the company to everyone.Im so happy that I called Mr Arnold Espiritu for the 2nd time on my home insurance claim. First was attic leak long time ago. Last 2 months ago, I called and he gave us a free roof inspection even if it was 1.5 hr travel time for him, he negotiated with our remote adjuster, Arnold ‘s report was good enough that there was no need for another roof inspection, we are happy and very satisfied with the outcome, highly recommend Arnold, im glad I called Arnold first and took care from start to settlement. I'm glad I bumped into Arnold. He not only noticed the water marks on my ceiling, but, saw the soot in my mom's room. Mommy used to light a candle when praying.
