In the knowledge that Insurance is an ethically challenging industry, I chose to work with Naturesave. They come very highly recommended by Ethical Consumer. Naturesave enabled us firstly to thoroughly research our house and contents so that our needs were honestly and clearly laid out. Our own questions were answered with carefully and thoroughly. I was very pleased with the service from Naturesave and Narik. I have a new- build Pasivhouse which another insurer wouldn’t cover as it is ‘non-traditional ‘ but perfectly compliant with building standards regulations. It was a pleasure to be able to speak to a knowledgeable human being immediately without having to interact with with a chatbot or a call centre. Naturesave also understand and have covered my solar panels, batteries and generator. The cover is probably not the cheapest I could have found but it is worth it to me to avoid the stress of interacting with chat bots and/or call centres

I found out about Naturesave via Ethical Consumer. They are brokers which specialise in insuring non-traditional houses and structures. The Adviser, Narik, is knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The process was similar but somehow simpler and less rigid than my experience with the comparison websites and resulted in a cheaper quote than their suggested companies. Narik was less formal but still very professional and efficient, cutting through my anxieties. A great find.

Fantastic customer service from James Holt. Ours was a rather complex case as our business has many activity strands. James guided us through and we are really happy with the product. And the price was very reasonable indeed.
