Mike Hayes came recommended to me by my first estate agents for the first property I was buying back in August 2024. For numerous reasons this fell through in January 2025 and it was back to square 1. I finally moved into my forever property 2 weeks ago and Mike has been there to help me through all of the mortgage side of things for both properties but also was there when I was having problems with my original solicitors and would help to answer any questions I had about the whole process. Embarking on the sale and purchase of a new home is a daunting prospect on so many fronts, but I can hardly count the ways in which Jason made the entire process feels easier, not just the mortgage stuff.
