Im appalled at this company. Last year before my annual renewal I was refused advice and assistance even though I had paid for their services in advance. Because of this I refused to renew and pay their invoice, now they are threatening me with legal action for being in a 3 year contract even though they refused their services at the end of the second year.
Avoid this company, they are not trading fairly or honestly.

The service I have received from my allocated employment lawyer has been outstanding and very professional. It is excellent value for money and the service is fantastic. When I need support, it is readily available. My named lawyer is contactable when I need her and she is very proactive. She gets back to me in a timely manner and very efficient. If you looking for HR service I would strongly recommend Neathouse Partners, where you get a named lawyer who provides you with unlimited valuable practical support. I am not easy to pleased, however, I am very happy with the services I have received and would rate it outstanding.
