Richie is a very polite and trustworthy person. When I first contacted him, he listened to my request patiently, the property had been unoccupied for a year and a half, I’ve call quite a few insurance companies. They refused to accept my building insurance as this property had been unoccupied a year and a half, but he told me to give him few days to do research and get back to me on Tuesday. He did keep his promise call me back on Tuesday and found me the insurance that suit my requirements. Thank you Richie !
