Newell Mortgage Services has been fantastic from day 1. After a frustrating experience with another company, speaking to Isaiah was so refreshing. He's extremely friendly and a pleasure to talk to, but was also surprisingly efficient with sorting my mortgage out. He understood my somewhat unique position and the challenges that may pose in obtaining a mortgage offer, but very quickly came through with some options. Throughout the process, everything was explained clearly and it was really reassuring to have someone, who quite cleared cared, guiding me through. I remember him still sending me through emails and sorting my documents out on his day off (I did try to tell him to take it off) - he knew how keen I was to sort the mortgage though. It just shows that he really cares about people.

I would quite happily recommend Newell Mortgage Services, and already look forward to arranging my remortgaging process with them in the future.

I contacted Isaiah Newell of Newell Mortgages Services when my previous mortgage adviser could not provide suitable mortgage offers, and that was my best decision. I first contacted Isaiah in February 2023 when I was considering buying my first property. Isaiah came round to my house and spoke through my options, he made things really clear and answered all the questions I had which put my mind at ease.

Following this initial conversation, I waited a few months as I was waiting for a pay rise at work so I could perhaps afford a slightly larger property. Isaiah and I kept in regular contact for the next 8 months and whenever I would send him a text/email, he would reply within a few hours. In December, I started the shared ownership buying process and once the mortgage application had been submitted, Isaiah dealt with everything and would even chase the solicitors for an update.

Everyone always says that buying a house is stressful but by having Isaiah in my corner he made the process stress free!

Once the sale had gone through and I was settling in to my new property. Isaiah assisted me with income protection & critical illness cover. Two things that I would not be able to sort on my own!
