Firstly, I want to express my gratitude to Natalie for taking on my case. While Paul handled my three previous transactions, this was my first opportunity to collaborate with Natalie. Before my fixed-rate mortgage concluded, I received an email from Natalie notifying me that she would be handling my case.

From day one, Natalie and I connected, and she took the time to understand my requirements, particularly as I was transitioning from a residential to a buy-to-let mortgage. Given my unfamiliarity with the buy-to-let process, I had numerous questions. However, Natalie patiently educated me, providing clear explanations for each option and highlighting associated risks.

Selecting the right deal took some time, but Natalie guided me through the options. We narrowed down the choices, and after careful consideration, I chose a deal. From that point on, Natalie efficiently managed the rest of the process. Even when a surveying issue arose, she promptly addressed and resolved it.
