This company are so deceptive it is untrue. Their rep has told us nothing but lies in regards to the rates they charge. Their rates are ridiculously high. They want investigating by the FCA as they information they give you at the time on signing up is incorrect. And when it all hits the fan, your rep will not answer the phone as he is always on a golfing trip in Portugal. I can see by the below reviews 100s have been in the same boat. I voice what everyone else states below if you value your business do not get in to bed with these people.

If I were to offer a piece of advice to anyone considering joining Nextgear, it would be to stay away. They are dishonest and deceitful, showing no regard for customer service or honoring their commitments. They provided false information about their rates and had me sign an agreement with numerous hidden terms, including unexpected loading fees and excessive direct debits that I struggled to keep up with. Their confusing figures resulted in what was meant to be a profitable month becoming our worst, leaving us operating at a loss. I had to transfer £150k from my other business to keep this one afloat. I am pursuing legal action against these unethical individuals and invite anyone who has experienced similar issues to come forward and assist in exposing their fraudulent practices. We are prepared to cover the legal expenses for such testimonies.

Avoid like the plague, lucky I’m self funded so was trying it out to unlock some capital, but this is a one way ticket to going bust, fees are disgusting, they are very shady when they sign you up about the proper terms ect, they send a guy round to babysit you and make sure the cars still on site. But get some other funding if you like your business, do not use these for your only funding! You all been warned!

My car listed as having finance with this company when it didn’t.
Not sure how you can list/register finance against a vehicle you don’t own!

We have used the Nextgear funding facility since it was first launched and have been really pleased with how well it has worked for our business. It gave us the ability to double our stock holding and the flexibility to purchase cars at auction every week, without the need to have large sums of cash available. With excellent support from our area manager and the head office team, the facility is easy to use and manage and works best if you want to turn your stock around quickly. I would recommend any used car business talk to them to see how they can help you!

DONT GET IN BED WITH NEXTGEAR YOU WILL REGRET IT!
I had a good business making good money in till I got involved with them in just 3 years they distorted my company. When I got a account with nextgear it looked a grate idea and seemed to a good deal that was the biggest mistake of my life. They gave me £250,000 credit limit 1st then 6 months late £500,000 then 6 months later £1,0000.00 in the year before I got in to bed with them we made a NET profit of £144,000 and the company was worth over a million pounds the year after that we made a loss of £7000 and next gears charges for that year was £142,000. At this point I should have sent all the stock to auction and got them paid off and start again but unfortunately I thought I was ok and I could make things work. Now I have lost everything put 13 people out of work me and the wife are going to have to go bankrupt and all this is thanks to next gear! Please don't make the same mistake as me. Start my business 2 yrs ago and gained stocking with nextgear after 9 months. Account manager was great with did alll he could and now I've gone from strength to strength. People mention charges but where would you be without the stocking if you don't have 100k sat in your bank!! It's a no brainer use it well and do it right there's no issues.
