This guy goes out of his way! Not to be too lengthy, but Mitch's care and love of what he does shines through. I was having dinner with my family in Missouri, yes Missouri. Mitch was on vacation with his family, and overheard us talking about an odd sound my car was making. He came to our table, introduced himself, and was at my house the next day knowing exactly what the problem was and how to fix it... while he was on vacation! Refused any money, just said he was on vacation and happy to help. My car is running beautifully, and my faith restored that this world still has amazing people in it who are willing to go out of their way to help a stranger. I cannot recommend him enough! This company is very professional and very courteous. Mitch is great. He told us he would come by to look at our damaged car at our house between 8 and 9 and he showed up during that time. Not only was he professional but he was also very nice. I definitely recommend him.

Mitch was exceptionally helpful providing me information about filing a diminished value claim. While the insurance company of the driver who hit my vehicle gave me the runaround and didn't provide information as to how to proceed with my claim, Mitch calmly explained the process and the way the loss amount is calculated. He was courteous and very professional through the process. I would highly recommend Nexus Claim Services to anyone.
