NFA was amazing after our house fire. At a time when your world is turned upside down, they come in and handle everything...things that you have no idea even need to be done! They contacted the companies who cleaned the salvageable items in our home, including clothing, and the company who came and emptied everything else out of the house. NFA staff did an extensive and thorough inventory of every item we lost. Most importantly, with their knowledge and expertise, they worked with our insurance carrier to get us the maximum benefits we were entitled to. Every person we dealt with was kind and understanding of what we were going through. They're not the kind of company you hope to ever need, but if you do, I highly recommend you get their help! July 26, 2022, my house fire occurred with the loss of my home's upstairs which included my son's bedroom where he was sleeping. Sadly, he passed two days later from being brain dead. The company who I called to work on the disaster suggested your company to handle the claim with AMICA. I am a retired widow whose son lived with me. At age 79, I was not in a good emotional state to make decisions beyond the funeral let alone the reconstruction of my home. Robert Sisti immediately contacted me to explain your services. He was very understanding. I was assigned Michael Duester, Adj who came to my hotel (new home), and promised to give me back my beautiful home. He visited often bringing checks. But more important, he was very comforting. He hired an excellent contractor who completed the work by July 2023. When I was settled in my new home, Michael came for a visit to see the new beautiful home he had promised. Your company has been beyond perfect. I would highly recommend to anyone who has suffered such a loss.

We had a fire in 2018 and we were contacted by NFA the same day. Relatives in insurance that knew of the company suggested we use them to represent us in dealing with the insurance company. Having a fire is devastating enough, but dealing with a powerful insurance company and the intricacies of insurance was just as formidable. Katie Papa was assigned to our claim and she was extremely personable, informative, professional, and kept me abreast of the progress with the insurance company. We settled with the insurance for much more then we would have gotten on our own. Insurance companies want you to accept their offer and will try to settle for as little as possible. DON'T DEAL WITH INSURANCE COMPANIES BY YOURSELF UNLESS YOU ARE A LICENSED PROFESSIONAL. NFA handled all of the communication and back and forth with them and the settlement allowed us to start over with another home. We are extremely grateful to Katie and NFA for their hard work, knowledge and perseverance to get the settlement we deserved. if you are skeptical about using them don't hesitate, you wont regret it.

Jodi P., Ryan P. and the whole team at NFA really understand what they are doing. The process will take time but it is well worth the wait. Their attention to every detail was impeccable and I am very glad a good family friend recommended them. They were attentive and responsive to texts and phone calls. I had an amazing experience with NFA. The professional service was exactly what I was looking for in my fire incident occurred in Oct 2022. Different professionals were in my life to help or support. But, the accountants or lawyers could not help dealing with insurance corp. Their strength was not about the insurance policy. That was the reason why the public adjuster from NFA could help to deal with the insurance company.

First of all, NFA’s team helped to make sure that all damages were discovered in my property. Then, NFA helped to work out the best coverage of the repairing costs. In addition, my public adjust Dax offered continuous support in my case and I received extra reimbursement when the rebuilding could not be completed in time because of my neighbor’s delay. Batavia Downs Gaming and Hotel is extremely grateful for everything National Fire Adjusters Co. accomplished for us. After a near catastrophic flood several months ago, our upstairs area flooring receive significant damage. However thanks to the outstanding people at the National Fire Adjusters co. we were able to receive the maximum amount available under our insurance policy so we could completely repair our floors and our walls.
