I have been with NFU for years for house and car insurance and have always had a really good experience with helpful, friendly and knowledgeable people until my car came up for renewal last week.
Frankly bad service when I called with no explanation why my premium was going up by over 30% and no options to reduce it. Very grumpy and bordering on rude woman who I assume is new. Hope she goes before my household insurance comes up for renewal, have insured the car elsewhere for half the price, I'll pay extra for NFU but not that much for bad service from a rude woman.

We have been NFU customers for many years and are very happy with the customer service we receive. Today I spoke to William (Marriott) to pay my annual House Insurance premium. He was extremely charming, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. However most of all he managed to find a way to reduce my premium by approx £400. I do not remember speaking to him before so he may be new, but he certainly is a credit to the NFU. If only all customer service representatives were like that.

I have used NFU Mutual Cirencester for a few years now, and always receive excellent customer service and help. Throughout the three-to-four years I have been a customer, I have liaised with Lizzie Townsend who always answers any questions I raise and is happy to assist me. I feel that I have developed a good and personable working relationship with Lizzie which I don't think most other insurers would offer. I have also been offered opportunities to speak to the NFU's financial and pensions advice team and although I have not taken up this offer yet, I feel that if I did I would receive the same great, personable service.

Lat month I was told that my previous house insurance would no longer be able to cover my home and contents. After many calls to other agents to no avail I got in touch with William Marriott at NFU Cirencester and the next day he came out to see me with Tom Soanes.
I was incredibly impressed with their knowledge and professionalism and the fact that they were able to turn around a new policy to cover everything I needed within 24 hours.
After many years of trying to get everything sorted over the phone it was great to have the personal touch and I would highly recommend Tom, William and NFU Cirencester.
