I have been with NFU Mutual Cobham for a number of years and gradually moved all our insurance needs to them. Lauren is my point person and is always very efficient be it doing the annual review of our needs or most recently adding a temporary driver to our car insurance for a week. After reading NFU Mutual had an excellent claim settlement record, I visited their Cobham High Street office to get a Home insurance quote.

Jack Coombes dealt with my enquiry, entered all my details and gave me a lot of really useful advice - so much better than doing it online. The quote was competitive and because I was able to discuss my requirements, I felt far more confident I was properly covered.

That was 5 years ago and I am writing this review because I recently needed a change in my cover and Jack’s advice was once again invaluable.

Pro: This Branch takes the time & trouble to call back & say they don't cover City Postcodes!

Con: Despite being in the top 3 of "Which" Recommended Car Insurance providers, they have extremely limited Postcode coverage.

Faultless service. In the past 3 years Max Tom and Jack have assisted us with insuring a car and motorcycle. Every query and request has been handled quickly and professionally. If one of them has been out of the office when we’re emailed a request one of the others has picked it up and got in touch. We’re relocating to France and recently needed a lot of information for french insurers not normally required in the UK. The Cobham office were incredibly helpful providing what we needed. If we return to the Uk NFU will be our first choice for insurance.

Excellent customer service from Molly when I called today for a home contents insurance quote. Very pleasantly spoken, patient, straightforward, efficient. I got a quote within minutes and far better than my current policy, and my current broker gave terrible customer service. NFU website is clear and easy to use. The surveys giving NFU top customer service seem to be correct!
