Disaster struck! a damaged painting. The Team at Flimwell were amazing. Within 24 hours, I had the painting on its way to be restored and all costs were settled and in my account within 48 hours.I cannot thank them enough. To be very highly recommended.

I cannot say how impressed I’ve been by the NFU team at Flimwell and particularly Kayleigh in responding to my first ever home insurance claim for a major water pipe failure. The speed of response and prompt payment cannot be faulted. Ridiculous but I almost want something else to happen because they are such a joy to deal with compared to so many companies in our impersonal digital world that drive one insane! So well done NFU.
