No Pay and Display sign, only "no stopping" sign without any red lines, No road markings, no visible signs especially at night, no signs of " Have you paid and displayed" no signs to "ticket machine". Out of office times, after 9pm for few minutes, yet they sent me a letter which says " That I haven't paid and displayed". Therefore I must pay them £100, but if I pay it 14 days £60 . You are not interested in customers for car park. That's not a pay and display car park. If you want to stop people parking at your space, put a barrier. And you are OBVIOUSLY one of the most hated company in Penrith.

I stopped on the roadside (not in any marked parking bays), with the engine running with my wife and children in the vehicle on a bank holiday Monday, next to MFU Penrith. I received a parking fine, for failing to enter my details into MFU reception (even if I wished to do this, it wasn’t possible due to been closed), from Iparkservices. This was appealed by me but was rejected without reason and now I’ve got £160 fine. NFU Penrith, you should be ashamed of yourself and need to take some ownership of your parking management company. NFU are in the wrong here and the parking company are just robbing people! I can not and will not be using NFU for any of my future needs.

Terrible management of their parking enforcement. Used an area of their land by a busy junction to stop for 8 minutes to safely receive a phone call and fined £100. Like many others this heavy handed approach to local residents certainly puts me off ever using their services in the future.

These reviews do not reflect the work of the business itself, but NFU Mutual are wholly responsible for their parking enforcement. I appreciate the need for toughness during business hours, however punishing people who are trying not to block the entire road and displaying unlit signs should not be legal. Then again, I don't think the insurance industry cares about fleecing people.

Parking scam in operation near NFU premises. Wasn't even in a parking space. £100 (£60 for early payment)parking fine for 5 mins parked on the road. Disgraceful!!!!

Pulled in at one of their parking spots at 10pm on a Sunday night, stayed around 2 mins and received a £100 parking fine notice. Apparently half the town have suffered a similar fate - boycott NFU, or ring them and give a piece of your mind.

SAMMERS - How can you enter your registration at reception while the reception is closed. was in the car park for 1 min and didn't leave the car. This is a complete scam. Tried to appeal and had appeal rejected on these grounds. £100 down

After posting documents here i received a parking fine, disgusting and absolutely ridiculous!
policy getting cancelled due to their cash cow contractor and will not be visiting the town or anything to do with NFU from now on
