We initially contacted Nick (CEO), as we took out our original mortgage with him, and he handed over our case to his colleague, Sharon.

At the same time, Nick recommended that we reviewed our mortgage protection to ensure it still suited our needs; this was managed by Nathalie.

The whole process was seamless, efficient and professional.
