As a first time buyer Nick has been an absolute blessing. My partner and I were very nervous and naïve to the processes involved and Nick was excellent at explaining what was needed and keeping in contact every step of the way. We approached him for advice many months before we actually started proper discussions but even then he was really helpful and very insightful. We were also under a bit of pressure with time and Nick made sure to get as much done for us as possible whenever he could. We also were a bit of an irregular couple as I’m full time and my partner is technically a contract worker he had to look into lots of options to make a mortgage work for us. With all of his hard work we got the mortgage and have had our offer accepted. Honestly, an absolute pleasure to work with!
