The worst 'professional' business I have ever had the misfortune of coming across. Late tax submissions, wrong advice in regards foreign tax matters, failure to submit the correct information to HMRC (even though they were supplied detailed info), refusal by the Director to answer/reply to requests for updates and information, the list is endless. A colleague of mine is having similar experiences just now. A couple of members of staff have been very helpful in trying to sort out the mess created by themselves in the first place, but apart from that I can't criticise them enough.

Truly hideous. Avoid. They agreed to do my accounts. Weeks later I discovered that they had done nothing. When I very politely queried this they were very unpleasant, quite unnecessarily.
