Absolutely disgusting service. The old man in the shop is so rude and arrogant. He is incredibly patronising and has no respect. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Do not waste your time going to this shop.

Worst customer service and the old man is so rude and extremely disrespectful, he does not know how to speak to people and even resorted to swearing. He refused to give me my parcel even after showing him proof of my receipt. If I had a choice I would not even give a star.
