Darren has done several tenant checkin's and check outs and the service has been excellent. We had issues with a tenant where they disputed the end of tenancy charges after leaving our property in a mess. When this went to arbitration the thoroughness of Darren's work meant that we were able to recover all of the additional costs we incurred from the tenants deposit without too much delay. I would highly recommend any landlord in the local contact Darren if they are looking for CheckIn/Out services
