Used this service before and back then I got lots of help. This time round I needed advice to do with an employer who was mistreating myself and breaking a few laws. I got hardly any help or advice and was just told to go onto their website. I wasted the time going when I could have looked it up myself. Bear In mind that there are people who come to you for help and may not have use of the Internet!
