When it comes to home renovations, I wouldn't go anywhere else! Northdown have been absolutely brilliant, I can't praise them highly enough. From start to finish, they've taken real care, been considerate and the quality of their workmanship has been outstanding.

Unfortunately we were flooded very badly during Storm Bert in 2024, with over 2 feet of internal water. NPS took care of our strip out and reinstatement, and I am so grateful we got them as contractors. In what has been a really traumatic and stressful time, they've taken amazing care in putting our home back together.

From Alex & Max who did a beautiful finish of our plastering (not an easy job when they had to rectify very poor work a previous private contractor had undertaken, and, given our property is a wonderfully-wonky 1570s cottage!), to Adrian on electrics, ensuring everything is safe and functional (and looking pretty with our brass / wooden fittings!). Kev has been brilliant in replumbing the entire downstairs and ensuring the pipework was better organised and more functional going forward. Behind the scenes, Conor was great on the supply side, and getting everything organised! Mateusz has done an impeccable job with the decoration, and has such a keen eye for detail in ensuring everything looks beautiful - the sign of good decorating is when you don't really notice it, and we so appreciate that it is so precisely done.

The biggest thanks goes to Bogdan, who for months has worked tirelessly to quite literally rebuild our home. His craftsmanship in the smallest details are flawless, particularly with regard to our tiling and the kitchen installation. I know it was challenging given nothing is straight or perpendicular, but we could not be more pleased with the end results and absolutely love the final outcome. He's such an asset and we so appreciate all that he's done over the last 6 months.

Finally, a big thanks to Alistair who managed our rebuild. When issues arose, he addressed them calmly, efficiently and was always striving for things to look their best. Nothing was too much trouble, any concerns were always addressed and we really appreciate his hard work behind the scenes, to ensure everything aligned and stayed on track. Given we hadn't chosen to take on this project, his presence and attitude throughout, made a real difference. There's a reason we were ahead of schedule and it's because of Alistair.

Walking onto site, I always felt safe, respected and confident to ask (sometimes stupid!) questions and voice opinions. Without exception everyone's attitude and approach put me at ease and I was always confident we would eventually move back into our beautiful home.

If every contractor was like Northdown, the term 'cowboy builders' wouldn't exist. As a team they made what could have been an added stress, almost enjoyable! Thanks Team!

This a to sincerely thank NPS for the wonderful work just completed at my property following a water leak!!! A very big shout out to Kurtis and Gregg, who did not only complete the work, but discussed daily on what was to be done and left the place clean after work. A big shout out to you guys as you are thorough and showed that no job is too great for you. I also wish to acknowledge Allyssia from the office for coordinating the work and keeping me up to date. I will definitely recommence the service you provide.

Northdown Property Services attended to an insurance claim at my property whereby the kitchen ceiling had to come down and be replaced along with all tiling.
They sent an obviously skilled and qualified craftsman called Pete to do the work. He was polite, charming, punctual and extremely helpful - and his workmanship was second to none.
They also send Rob, another lovely bloke, to repaint the kitchen and he also did a really good, neat job. We were chuffed to bits with Northdown.
Just to finish us off, they sent a cleaner named Lisa to blitz the kitchen after all work was completed - she was amazing, the place has never been so clean.
Not forgetting Connor at the office who kept us fully informed and up to date.
They seem a great company.

Northdown renovated a number of rooms at my property. The works involved multiple trades: carpentry, plumbing, electrical and decorating. The whole team did a great job with high a standard of workmanship.The work was expertly project managed by Lorenzo who has great attention to detail and a breadth of experience and ideas that has without doubt delivered a far better outcome than we had anticipated at the outset.

Having just had NPS repair the damage to my house from a faulty hot water cylinder I cannot recommend them enough. Alyssia who kept me informed of the schedule and made sure the work was going to plan. Matthew who did the heavy work so meticulously and Greg the painter; all did an excellent job. I wouldn't want to go elsewhere.

I would like to highly recommend Kurt for his work at our property, for replacing the bathroom after damage to the floor, he was always on time and worked extremely hard, cleaned and tidied away each day and was polite and friendly and most of all made an excellent job.

Ben Scarborough and his colleague attended our property to inspect the damage caused to our foundations and walls by a water leak. Ben was very professional, informative and knowledgeable in his area of expertise. I was very impressed by his attention to detail and customer care. Both are an asset to Northdown Property Services.
