We are first time buyers, and Grant guided us every step of the way, answered all of our burning questions and gave us sound advice with our best interests in mind. We are very fortunate and happy with the house we got, which was made all possible by Grant's hard and diligent work; he was very efficient in getting everything sorted for when we put the bid in, and he would even make time for us on evenings or weekends to discuss anything we needed.
