the man at the reception was very unpleasant. it was raining really heavily and we wanted to wait couple of minutes for it to stop. we were standing OUTSIDE the building (btw it was closed at that time). he said it is not his problem and told us to go. i do not recommend waiting here for the rain to pass.

"""WARNING""" I'm a recovering alcoholic and have struggled for years with addiction then I got myself into rehab for 4 months and i was 30 months sober in 17 days time but thanks to this place im back to zero. i asked for a non alcoholic cocktails but didn't do them so got non alcoholic punch only to take a drink and realise it contained alcohol then when I told the bar staff they just looked at me and laughed total disgrace what if it was an allergy
