My experience with Norton Finsnce was not good. The original person I was dealing with was friendly and tried to be helpful. The underwriter was not as helpful. After my application was sent to the lender I was asked to provide more and more information. My husband and I were approved as borrowers but even after paying finance fees for a letter stating we would be extending the leasehold on the property the mortgage was denied stating "the property was not sufficient security". I was then told they had other lenders they could go to, no one from Norton contacted us.
We went to a local mortgage advisor who applied with the same lender and the mortgage was approved.

I could not fault either of the people I dealt with at Norton Finance, Matthew Fisher and Laura Burgar were both very helpful, friendly and got things done. Very happy with their service, would recommend to anyone.

After being messed around by another company I decided to try Norton finance and I dealt with Daniel jones , the service was amazing and there isn’t one thing I could fault wrong with my whole experience . Dan went above and beyond for me and made sure everything was completed swiftly but smoothly . I will definitely be using Dan for my next Commerical property .
