Contacted these for a motor fleet Quote. Spoke with a Steven Ault who asked for some documents. I Sent them over the same day then all of sudden he seemed to have vanished from the face of the earth.

Never responded to my emails or phone calls despite being told he was dealing with it.

This companysold me a home isurance that was not adequate - I am 100% certain they made the mistake, not I. I cancelled the policy and I have been waiting for the refund for almost 2 months now. I have been chasing several times on the phone but all they can answer is that they are waiting for te insurance company's refund before they can give me my money back. This goes further than very poor customer service and I am going to raise a claim with the Financial Services Ombudsman

Excellent Customer Service. I completed an unoccupied property insurance request on Go compare and received a text stating that a phone call would follow shortly which it did. Jordan Smith created my quote swiftly and competently. Having received the quote by email I was able to request a new quote as I realised I had undervalued the rebuild cost. Jordan kept in touch but wasnt' pushy' and I purchased the insurance as it was £80 cheaper than my renewal quote. Overall I am very satisfied with my experience to date with Nova Insurance

Was apprehensive to use Nova Insurance after looking at the reviews, however after being looked after very well by Jordan I’m glad I went with them. He dealt with my quote quickly and got me a very good price. It’s clear that most of these reviews are for a different company!
